  • 0.75 oz Hallertau (60 mins)
  • 1t Irish Moss (10 mins)
  • 0.25 oz Hallertau (5 mins)
  • Yeast Labs A04 2nd generation slurry

Primary 6 days

Secondary 4 days with Gelatin finings

Bottled with 3/4 cup corn sugar
