Tres Equis (XXX) name inspired by Dos Equis (XX).

  • 6.6 lb Munton&Fison Amber liquid malt extract
  • 2t Gypsum
  • 1.5 oz Cascade (45 mins)
  • 1t Irish Moss (10 mins)
  • 0.5 oz Willamette(5 mins)
  • Wyeast 1098 16 oz starter

Bottled with 3/4 cup corn sugar
