  • 6.6 lb Munton&Fison Wheat liquid malt extract
  • 1 oz Hallertau (60 mins)
  • 1t Irish Moss (10 mins)
  • 0.25 oz Hallertau (5 mins)
  • Yeast Labs A02 – 16 oz starter

Primary 7 days

Secondary 5 days with Gelatin finings

Bottled with 3/4 cup corn sugar
